Introduction
I have been under a large undertaking as far as this site. I am setting up a repository to be a simple solution. Some themes as I announce them will change. I have broken each theme into mini debs, and will provide source for each as I go down the list. You may wonder why I did so. Every Ultimate Edition theme uses the same sound scheme at 12MB 10 copies of each a chunk of the end users hard disk, the tip of the iceberg taking UE 2.8 as an example adding the repository and upgrading the themes will save 1.0GB+ of hard disk space. I am thinking of the future & will nip this in the bud now.
I am providing 2 solutions to the above problem a single package theme and hard disk bloat, unless you only want one Ultimate Edition theme. Solution 2 is a upgrade of all themes ultimately saving space, after eating the bandwidth involved, good thing I have tons of it 
I am sure I lost many of you there.
Let me try and break this down in layman terms. If you only want one theme of Ultimate Edition download the full package. If you want more then one please add the repo and upgrade or install each one. I have currently tried this with the repo in place.
sudo apt-get install ultimate-edition-theme-*

I want to explain what you are seeing, it may recommend the usplash’s, however I am sitting in a O/S as of current usplash is old news replaced by plymouth, lets get this out of the way you can only have one Xsplash. I have re-written the debs to understand. The repository knows you are running 64 bit or otherwise and will download the appropriate package based on those 2 factors. Once again PLEASE REPORT ANY ERRORS I am not perfect. I do not know if you have been paying attention, I wrote software to make this happen. Once perfected I will unleash the source. Once this is done automation at it’s finest. LVL 6 programmer Let’s get down to the meat & potatoes.
Adding the repository:
1. Install the Theme Linux Repository deb.

2. To add the repo manually:
add to your software sources /etc/apt/sources.list

Using either method you will need to update your software list:
sudo apt-get update
Ultimate Edition 3.0 Theme
JohnnyG created the default background & skydome, the GTK 3.0 non default is unknown who originally wrote it (heavily modded by me). I have used the Icon set from the Lava theme, previously created. The icon set is the most complete icon set I have yet to see to date. All logos created by Cowboy. Nothing is set by default.

Ultimate Edition 2.9 Theme

I am sorry I do not have more time to do a write up of the theme. I am in process of having JohnnyG take over this site. He has more time then I do, no pun intended to Johnny. I am sure he will do a better job then I have. I can not stress enough how much better using the repo method explained above for installing themes.

Cowboy created the default background, many however are involved through out the theme. JohnnyG created the wallpaper used in KVirc. I have used the Icon set from the Lava theme, previously created. Some of the other wallpapers were created by Admin-Amir.

Ultimate Edition 2.5 Theme Pack
Ultimate Edition 2.5 theme pack is IMHO is the best theme pack of all Ultimate Edition theme packs, the GTK is at least. Considerable time and effort went into the creation of this theme as well as testing color compatibility. Dark themes are very, very difficult to make. Most applications expect you to be using a light theme and “hard code” things such as font color etc. this makes it almost impossible to find a theme that works with all programs that is dark.
This theme “trys” to take things to the next level by overriding font colors etc in the GTK itself. Unfortunately this would take nearly a lifetime to code in every application there is As I said significant effort was put into this theme, none are absolutely perfect.

Ultimate Edition 2.4 Theme Pack
Ultimate Edition 2.4 theme pack is quite colorful the black being my favorite. It comes in three colors Red, black and green. Based on a "aero" theme. Time permitting I will come back and elaborate more on this theme.

Ultimate Edition 2.3 theme pack is based off Azenis theme by James Hardy. The Usplash, xsplash and GDM were created using ultimate-edition-nautilus-scripts TheeMahn’s GDM maker etc. Time permitting I will come back and elaborate more on this theme.

So close to the holidays, I thought I would start off with the currently unreleased Xmas Edition 2009 Theme pack. This theme like the 2.5 theme is broken into 2 separate packs 1 the xsplash (karmic+ based users only), and the other the rest of the entire theme. This theme contains the following:
